In 2011, I was commissioned to make some work in Hightown, an area of my hometown, Wrexham.. When I was a child, Hightown was known for its council flats – the only high rise buildings in the town back then. By the time the local gallery, Oriel Wrexham, commissioned this work the flats had been demolished and they were redeveloping the site. Former residents had been scattered about the site, so I tried to find them. The work was exhibited in gallery and the little booklet I made can be seen here.
